French Art Nouveau large size bronze figure of "Daphne" holding a torch as a newel post lamp, modelled after original by Raoul Larche (1860 -1912) noted for a series of bronzes produced by the major foundaries many altered to incorporate small light bulbs.   Circa 1900     (56"h x 21"w x 11'd)
