Dutch Baroque walnut secretary cabinet, the upper case with broken arched pediment centred by a brass ball finial and decorated with a basket of flowers within scroll borders, enclosed by a pair of arched bevelled mirrored panel doors concealing a fitted interior of small drawers, pigeon holes and column drawers around a two doored cupboard above two candleslides. The lower bombe case with hinged fall front decorated with a basket of flowers within flowerhead and sroll borders enclosing a fitted interior of small drawers, pigeonholes and column drawers about a central cupboard above a well with sliding cover with three secret drawers. The fall front with inset tooled leather and fitted with two loper drawers and three long drawers to the bombe case on bracket feet.    Circa 1740   (44"w x 24"d x 100"h )
