Superb quality Louis XVI style bronze mounted mahogany Bureau a` Cylindre, rectangular top with inset green marble with surrounding pierced brass gallery above three short bronze mounted paneled drawers, a paneled cylinder lid opens to an interior with pull out inset leather writing slide, three short drawers, two secret drawers and shelves over a base with kneehole, one central freize drawer and four side drawers, the case sides with pull out slides, raised on tapering square legs terminating in cast sabots. All four sides are embellished with bronze panels and decorative bronze mounts and leafy escuttcheons.  Circa 1870  ( 52"h x 59"w x 29"d )
